Delete Your Account
The short version: you can delete your Grant Wizard account and all associated data at any time, from inside the app in Settings, or by emailing us. After a 30-day recovery window, your data is permanently deleted.

Delete from the app or website
1.1Sign in to Grant Wizard (mobile app or app.grantwizard.ai), then go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This requests deletion of your account and all associated data.
1.2Your account enters a 30-day recovery window during which you can restore it by signing back in. After 30 days, the account and its data are permanently removed from our active systems (and from backups within 60 days).

Delete by email
2.1If you can't access your account, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify ownership and process the deletion, and we'll respond within 30 days.

What gets deleted
3.1Your account profile (name, email, phone), your organization profile, your proposals, drafts, budgets, project concepts, uploaded documents, saved grants, and your usage history are deleted.

What we may retain
4.1We may retain a limited record where required by law or for legitimate business needs, for example, transaction/payment records for accounting and tax purposes, and anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on retention.
